Super 8vo (7-3/4" x 10-1/8"), gray cloth with silver gilt lettering on spine, gray end papers age-toned around the margins, wear at the heel, in unclipped DJ with additional later price sticker on front flap, light creases to top of back flap. Shipping charge may be reduced on some books weighing less than 1 lb to U.S. addresses. International Priority shipping charges may be reduced on books that fit in a USPS small flat-rate box. International Standard (First-Class Package International) shipping charges may be reduced for a second or more books if the total package weight does not exceed 2 lb.
