Commemorative of the Grand Rapids Golden Jubilee; 1941 ,First edition, 77pp, spiral bound stiff wraps. Compiled by Workers of the Writers' Program of the Work Projects Administration in the State of Minnesota. Sponsor State Department of Education,Co-Sponsor Grand Rapids Village Council. Condition is very good a nice,flat,complete and essentially clean book. Some slight rubbing and light smudging to covers,title lettering on cover is still bright and attractive,lower left corner of front cover has about an inch blacked out mark and small abrasion just above this blacked out mark. Light wear to cover edges with some wear to cover corners. Spine intact, minor wear to spine tips,The spiral binding is intact and all interior pages are tight and intact. The interior pages are essentially clean with some occasional light smudging. The photographic plates are clean and attractive and printed on glossy paper. The blank page preceding the title page has another about two inch blacked out marking where a previous owners name was probably written Cover has a small black mark on lower left otherwise VG++;
