Scribner, 2002. The dust jacket is lightly rubbed with a few scratches and dents. The edges, corners and ends have bumps and wrinkles with a small rip near the bottom spine area. The hard cover has bumped corners and the spine ends are bumped with a small rip at the bottom front. The fore-edge is lightly dirty with a few small spots.
