[11] pages, [1] page blank, [6] pages (preliminaries to the typed, copied, manuscript), 349 pages, [1]. Illustrated with color frontispiece portrait, photographs and maps. Brown leather hardcover with gilt title on the front cover and spine. Cloth covered slip case included. This copy is signed by the editor at the end of the introduction. Edition limited to 99 copies and includes a 5.5" x 7" limitation card: "Copy 7 of 99 for [Craig Fouts] Issued October 26, 1981 The Centennial of the famous "Gunfight at the O.K. Corral." John Flood, a mining Engineer, was responsible for writing Earp's manuscript in the 1920's. Flood was then Earp's unpaid personal secretary.
