About This Item
London: Bickers and Son, n/d (later 19th Century). Illustrated with 21 full-page chromolithographs (complete with tissue guards) and 351 wood engravings. Bound in publisher's original quarter red morocco and red cloth elaborately decorated in gilt on the front board and spine, with blind-stamped decorations on the rear board. Interior hinges split, wear at corners and spine, minor foxing to preliminary pages, otherwise good; plates are fine.
