[2 (blank)], [4], (xi)-xvi, 525, [2], [1 (blank)] pages + frontispiece + 32 pages advertisements dated May 1897. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering and decoration on spine, gilt lettering on front board. Page dimensions: 192 x 125mm. .
