This is one of about 100 copies bound in light blue cloth, with the original pictorial paper wrappers bound in as a frontispiece. The author's twentieth Oz title, relating the adventures of Thomas P. "Tompy" Terry, star drummer in his marching band, who is swept away by a hurricane, landing on the shore of Winkie Lake, where he meets Yankee, the first American dog in space. Illustrations by Dick Martin, with maps by James E. Haff. Quarto: 94 p. Original light blue cloth binding, with a pictorial title label inset on the front panel. Issued without a dust jacket. A fine copy.
