Clean text block, touch of wear to top edge of spine, else fine. In the publisher's dust jacket, $6.95 on front flap, light shelf wear, bright illustrations, a near fine example. Signed on the front free endpaper: "To 'Johnny,' All My Best, Your Boy, Sammy Jr." Sammy Davis Jr. (1925-1990) was an American singer, dancer, and actor, who was a member of the notorious Rat Pack.
