Pages are rough cut. Pages are fairly bright and clear with light tanning and moderate foxing to free endpapers and text block edges. Ex-libris present on front paste-down, with a pencil inscription to free endpaper. Occasional grey thumb-marking present throughout. Very minor dog-eared corners. Grey rubbing and a few small nicks and creases along text block edge. Retail label on rear paste-down. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with mild bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Moderate tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean. Heavy water drops on front broad. Gilt lettering is bright and clear.
