NY: Grosset & Dunlap. VG. 1911. Reissue. Hardcover. Early edition bound in green cloth with black lettering and a pictoria l front cover of a baseball player in red. A Very Good copy in a Very Good dust jacket. Slight spine lean. The book has some rubbing along t he edges. The front and rear fly leafs have tan marks from the dust ja cket's inner flaps. Dust soiling to the edges of the upper page block. Gift inscription dated 1928 inked on the front fly leaf. The dust jac ket has rubs/frays to its corners and spine tips. Rubbing to the folds . Soiling to the jacket's spine and rear panel. .
