London, Thomas Nelson and Sons, n.d. ca 1920. Hardback, 8vo. 7.5 x 5 ins. In green cloth with black lettering and pictorial vignettes to spine and front. Brown endpapers. In illustrated dustwrapper. In very good condition with very good dustwrapper (DW rubbing to edges, small tears to edges and corners, in plastic sleeve.) Some minor rubbing to corners. Darkened patch and neat inscription to front endpaper “To John, from Nettie, 1925.” A couple of marks to pages, p25, 43, 45. p30-31 partially stuck together. Else a clean and tight copy. --- The life and adventures of fur traders in the the wilderness of North America. 402 +4pp cat. With 8 colour plates including frontis.
