Harper & Brothers, 1893. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. 150 pages followed by 2 pages of ads. 5 by 7-1/2 inches. With black-and-white illustrations. The title story was adapted for a 1996 made-for-television production and remade in 2006 with the title Christmas Do-Over. First edition (first printing). Brown-orange cloth with red lettering and red-and-gold illustrations on the cover. Just slight wear to the corners else a fine copy in a dust jacket with detached front cover and loss to the spine ends thus good only. Scarce in any kind of jacket. BAL 9671.
