Text of an address first delivered to Republicans at the Union League Club, New York City, May 18th, 1923. The author, a Harvard-educated economist, here proposes radical reforms to the American political system, including the abolition of the senate and the introduction of new political parties in order to offset the damage done by state-level political machines. Quite uncommon, OCLC locating one physical copy as of August, 2020, at Harvard.
