Campaign flyer supporting the (failed) congressional bid of Carl Vrooman, former Assistant Secretary of Agriculture under President Woodrow Wilson. The text is comprised of fifteen bullet points regarding Vrooman's "outstanding qualifications, though as one constituent pointed out in an anonymous editorial, Vrooman was never in fact a farmer (see "The Pantagraph," November 2, 1946, p. 7). Not separately catalogued in OCLC as of August, 2020.
