DeMarsan Publisher 54 Chatham Street, New York, Books, Paper Dolls, Verses, &c' at bottom of sheet. OCLC credits John Gay where it is cited as 'Sweet William's Farewell to Black Ey'd Susan.' Variant of Edwin Wolf's American Song Sheets #153. De Marsan operated at 54 Chatham St., New York, 1861-3. First edition (first printing). A very good copy. Decorative border is printed lightly. Some edge wear not affecting text.
