Boston: Philips, Sampson and Company. Fair with no dust jacket. 1856. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. Ex Library with the usual markings from the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library. Older rebinding is worn at corners and spine ends. The first 1/3 of the text is damp stained with several small spots of foxing scattered throughout. Text seperating at page 16/17 with tape repairs to the preceeding pages. Binding is otherwise sound. Text remains fairly clean. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 414 pages .
