One Of Countless Books Describing Abuses Against The People By The Law Enforcement And Intelligence Agencies; There Are Almost No Books About The Incompetence Of These Agencies At Identifying And Filing Legally Acceptable Charges Against Murderers, Rapists, Etc., Let Alone The Low Rate Of Successful Prosecution Of Serious Health And Environmental Law Violations, Largely Due To The High Politicization Of The Prosecutors' Offices At Present In America And Stretching Back In Europe As Far As Historical Records Go. Law Enforcement Is An Oxymoron; Population-Calming Is The Actual Process. We Can Be Sure That It Is Less Likely For A Policeman To Shoot A White Grandmother Than To Shoot An Unarmed Non-White Person, But It Is Difficult To Stir Up Serious Citizen Concern About More Effective Law Enforcement Except For Narrow Political Agendas.
