Copyright: First printing--April 1946; Second Printing--September 1946. This is the second printing. No dust jacket. Boards are yellow/tan with pictures of pirates, ships, etc. Spine is black with gold writing. Boards are in good condition, showing wear primarily on the ends. Pages have tanned with age but are clean, not torn and the corners are not bent. Spine is undamaged. It looks like a book that was well cared for. Nonsmoking. No offensive odors. Synopsis
Treasure Island is an adventure novel by Robert Louis Stevenson, narrating a tale of "pirates and buried gold". First published as a book in 1883, it was originally serialized in the children's magazine Young Folks between 1881-82 under the title The Sea Cook, or Treasure Island.
