Front hinge cracked, holding by the cords; cheap paper still very good with a few pages roughly opened. Some rubbing to the spine edges and a heavily rubbed spot about the size of a dime on the rear cover. Very Good and rather scarce when signed. Original maroon cloth with a buffalo head embossed in blind on the front cover; (xiv), 296 pages. Illustrated with plates after sketches and photographs. INSCRIBED and SIGNED by the subject on the half-title page: "With the Compliments/of the Subject/W. F. Cody/'Buffalo Bill.'" Graff 4616; Howes W-297.
