B&W Illustrations; This book is in Near Fine condition and has a Very Good+ to Near Fine - dust jacket. The book and its contents are in clean, bright condition. The text pages are clean and bright with the exception of some very beginning toning / yellowing to the top edges of the text pages. The dust jacket is also clean and bright, but does have some toning to the top edges of the dust jacket flaps. There is one small edge tear with some rubbing to the bottom front flap of the dust jacket. "At the turn of the century a rich undergraduate from Cambridge University, the Honorable Edwin Montagu, visited the Norfolk Broads and befriended a local boy, James Vincent. Their excursions together formed the basis of a friendship that lasted nearly twenty years, cutting across the barriers of social position and background. " .
