New York : Harper and Brothers, 1928. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Very Good/Very Good. Staited first edition. Inscribed and signed by Homer Croy : "To Miss Neeta Marquis from an admirer, Homer Croy." Publisher's black cloth with titles in green, octavo. 289 pages. Nice clean copy with some light edgewear. In bright dust jacket with original price on inside flap. Jacket has a small triangle chip on front cover and small chip on top of spine not affecting text and some edgewear. Jacket is in a mylar protecector. By the author of "West of the Water Tower". Note: Neeta Marquis was a California writer whose papers are housed at the Huntington Library.
