Hardcover with unclipped dust jacket. Signed by the author on the front end page and also includes a second signature from what appears to be an associate of the author. Also included is a letter from Ken to someone named Ralph Cavaliere - wishing him a Merry Christmas. This letter will be included with the book. The dust jacket shows scuffing along with some wear and tear, mainly along the top edge. The yellow cloth boards underneath or clean and the corners are good. The interior binding is good as well, no hinge issues. No other handwriting other than what is on the front end page, no bookplates, no library markings etc. Text pages are clean though the end pages and pastedowns show very minor toning.
