Boards have light edgewear with corner crushing and notable marking to boards. Notable tanning to spine, which has notable crushing and tearing to ends. Large water stains to front board. Book has forward lean. Boards are mildly warped.

Mainly consists of full page sketches on recto, with smaller sketch and text on verso.
