Binding has remained firm. Boards are a little rub worn, slight shelf wear to corners, spine and edges. Corners are a little bumped. Spine ends are mildly crushed. Light tanning to spine and edges.

Allan Wingate, 1946. Hardcover. Good. . First edition. A well-read but clean copy. Blue cloth boards with gilt lettering. Tanning to endpapers. Jacket has some edge wear, a few spots of minor chipping but NO tears. Dust wear to back and spine of jacket, spine somewhat faded. One white scuff on front of jacket. Pages clean and vibrant, NO foxing or markings, illustrations are gorgeous. Protected in removable archival plastic sleeve to prevent further wear to jacket.
