Some external wear, mainly light fraying to the corners and spine ends, minor cover soil, good hinges, firm text block, very clean pages with a tiny architectural company stamp at the upper corners of the front free endpaper and preliminary blank, no other names or markings.. Hard Cover. Good. Folio - 12" - 15" Tall.
