This volume contains three of Hecker's treatises on different epidemics that occurred in the Middle Ages: The Black Death, The Dancing Mania and The Sweating Sickness. Also includes a translator's note, 2 prefaces and a list of officers and members of the Sydenham Society from 1844. Spine is tanned, board edges are lightly rubbed. Mark to rear board and bump to lower corner. Foxing to internal pages and tears at edges of a couple of pages. Spine is tight and text is clear throughout. AD. Hardcover. Very Good. Used.
