Binding shaken but holding. Nine of the many photographic plates were removed in part or in whole by a previous owner. We have made copies of all missing material, so all illustrations are now present (to include the original of the large folding genealogical chart). A flawed copy of a quite scarce book. No dust jacket. (Not ex-library.)
