Collection of Kennedy related materials highlighted by a one page Typed Letter Signed by Kennedy dated September 24, 1956 responding to a letter from a classmate inviting Kennedy to speak at a luncheon in Philadelphia sponsored by the World Affairs Council. Accompanying this letter is the franked envelope in which the letter was sent as well as a carbon copy of the invitation and the writer's preliminary notes. Alongside this material is a collection of Harvard College Yearbooks and Class Reports all with references to Kennedy's years at Harvard. Washington DC, 21 May 1953. Framed Letter. Fine, attractively framed. On 8-1/2" x 11" United States Senate stationery to John Keegan thanking him for his views "concerning the security test for federal employees" and promising to consider them "should legislation be brought before the Senate." SIGNED at the conclusion with the following 21 words added in Kennedy's hand: "I am having a study made of the new program at the present time and shall bear in mind your comment." The last 3 words are on the other side of the paper. Attractively framed to an overall size of 18" x 18" with a small portrait of Kennedy and allowing both sides of the letter to be viewed. If you care, and you shouldn't, this piece comes with a PSA/DNA COA that the previous owner purchased for $200.
