Unpaginated [224 pp by count] Folio. This book contain 100 B&W photographs of 42 of the plantation houses in ruin or remaining that demonstrate the style called the Louisiana Plantation style. Each of the plates has facing texts that contain factual data along with the author's comments. This book demonstrated the grandeur and graciousness of these homes in their heyday and preserves on paper this piece of American architectural heritage. No International Sales.
