Most of the other accounts of these troubles have been taken from the Tombstone Epitaph, a pro-Earp paper, but this book quotes largely from the Tombstone Nugget and the Tucson papers which were not so favorable." - 6 GUNS, 1491. This was written as a companion volume to his 1952 THE ARIZONA STORY. "The accounts in the following pages are presented almost exactly as they appeared in the early Arizona newspapers."
