Sauk City, Wisconsin: Sauk City, WI: Arkham House ( AH ), 1966 - 1967, 1st Edition, 1966. -----------mailing carton / box from ARKHAM HOUSE to a book buyer in Maryland, a Very Good example, bumps and wear and rubbing but the entire shhipping carton is intact, cancellation marks to the stamps are from Sauk City, no obvious date but one of the stamps is for the INDIANA Sesquicentennial so this would be 1966 or 1967, mailing cartons from ARKHAM HOUSE are rare, any image directly beside this listing is the actual book and not a generic photo /// NOT SIGNED ---GUARANTEED to be AVAILABLE/// ---size is approximate ( generally within 1/8 inch)---.
