Rust colored publishers cloth with embossed design and title on front cover and spine, spine titles in gilt, "Walter Scott Edition" embossed on front cover in black cursive. 25 volume set, believed complete. Each volume measures 7.5" high and 5.25" wide. A very attractive set in very good condition, with minor differences in spine coloration only. Bright and fresh. Great shelf appeal.

Half navy morocco over blue marbled boards, raised and tooled bands, with gilt stamped floral devices to the compartments with little red onlays, lettered in gilt. Top edge gilt, blue marbled endpapers and bookplate to each volume. Light wear to the corners, spine scuffed, unevenly sunned, some with a few faint stains and chips, one spine band damaged and touched-up. Kenilworth with a loose gathering. Heart of Mid-Lothian unfortunately lacking single plate, facing p. 304, all other volumes complete and in good order. A very presentable set, and a great reading set.
