First ed., 1932; 222 p., clean and unmarked except for name of former owner on front pastedown; wonderful photographic end pages; many wonderful period photos and as well as piano arrangements with lyrics of several Seth Parker songs. Binding firm; beige and turquoise blue boards have clear black lettering and stamped image of Seth Parker. In absence of d.j., light bumping of corners and very slight rubbing at crown and foot of spine.

Philadelphia, PA: The John C. Winston Company, 1932. Hardcover. Near Fine/Good-. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. The original price of $1.00 is still present on the front flap. DJ is toned and tattered, with numerous chips and tears. Spine shows fading. Tan cloth boards underneath are clean and the illustration on the front board is bright. There was only a few minor fade spots, mainly along the bottom front and spine. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting found. Pages are toned due to age and there is some minor light foxing scattered about, particularly around the pages showing photos from the movie. The dust jacket has a low condition grade, just below the good region, but the book itself nearly grades as fine. The only reason it was lowered to NF was because of the minor spotting in the lower section of the front board and spine.
