Red leather-like cloth with spine titles stamped in gold. Title pages bound in. Each volume has a description ( in Spanish ) and index to the 84 plates that follow. Plates are mostly monochromatic, but many are in color as well. Addresses all aspects of Spanish decoration, architectural exteriors and interiors, decorative motifs, iron work, tile, doors, ceilings, furniture, church architecture, altarpieces and even ceremonial religious garments. Each book contains two volumes, and each volume has 84 plates with the exception of the last volume, which is a combined volume with 128 plates total.
