London: The Folio Society 2009. 8vo.Limited Edition. Limited Edition. 2 volumes. 144; unnumbered facsimile [370] pp. The first volume is a commentary in dark blue quarter cloth with gilt lettering to spine, over light blue boards with paper title label to front board. The second, the facsmile, is full silk brocade in dark blue with gilt decoration woven by Stephen Walters and Sons, Suffolk; all edges gilt. These are both laid in a blue solander box with decorative gilt lettering to the spine. Minimal marks to the boards of the commentary, otherwise all in near fine condition, clean and bright. A perfectly rendered facsimile of a profusely illustrated Flemish book of hours dated around 1510, containing 63 full page gilded colour illustrations and intricately illustrated borders filled with birds, insects and flowers on every page. Numbered 1093 of 1180 Limited Edition copies. . Near Fine. Silk Over Boards. Limited Edition Facsimile. 2009.
