Mr. Cox (1881-1972) was an educator, who spent much of his career in Jodhpur, India, progressing to Director of Education. Very light browning to the edges of the text block, a lean to the spine, wrinkling and some colour fading at the top/bottom of the spine, a bump at the top corner of the boards, light edge wear, two tiny scuffs on the rear board. Dust jacket has edge chips and edge tears, light soilng/rubbing, small areas of surface paper loss and an area of damp wrinkling at the top of the rear panel, now protected in removable mylar sleeve..
