Brief remnants of adhesive & a ring stain on the verso, lightly stained, modest edge wear including a couple of nicks & short tears, a bit curled, otherwise very good.
Presents the front page of the newspaper for November 23, 1894 surrounded by the months of the year, each with a little girl in color outfitted to match the month. This stunning calendar was probably issued as a premium for subscribers.
The Evening Star was the paper of record for Washington, D.C. for much of the time between 1852 & 1981.
