New York: James J. Kriegsmann (photographer), no date (circa 1940's). Original glossy photograph on single weight paper measuring 10 inches by 8 inches (including borders). Signed in the negative by Kriegsmann, verso blank.
Trace edge wear, verso slightly toned & soiled, otherwise very good or better.
A stunning image of sexy Lulu, almost certainly a Burlesque/ striptease performer for whom we could no further information. Photographer Kriegsmann, who was considered one of the best photographers in the United States, was the official in-house photographer for Harlem's Cotton Club.

[New York]: Earl Carroll, undated, circa 1930's. Seven half tone color cards from photographs on thick card stock measuring approximately 5 & 5/16 inches by 3 & 3/8 inches. Five of the cards read "Earl Carroll's Vanities, Made in the U.S.A," two read "Made in the U.S.A" only.
Toned mostly on the versos, couple of small scuffs on the backs of two cards, slight edge wear, easily Very Good.
As noted by Earl Carroll himself regarding his theatre: "Through These Portals Pass the Most Beautiful Girls in the World."

Montreal, Canada: Les Productions Claude Vignon, Inc., no date (circa 1970's). Marquee poster on medium paper measuring 22.5 inches by 17.5 inches featuring provocative illustrations from photographs.
Couple of almost indiscernible short creases, trace edge wear, otherwise near fine.
A visually compelling poster for a production for which we were unable to find any information. The illustrations, however, indicate it was quite erotic. Charlie Chaplin apparently makes a cameo appearance & the attracive young women in the chorus line are adorned in feathers & little else.

Havana, Cuba: Sans Souci Night Club, no date (ca. 1950's). Illustrated broadside handbill, octavo (8.5" x 5.5"), printed in green & black inks on light paper.
Toned, margins lightly browned, shallow creasing at corners, moderate edge wear including a couple of nicks & a half inch tear at the bottom, otherwise good or better.
Firmly in the grip of Santo Trafficante Jr. & other American Mafioso, the Sans Souci Night Club was closed on January 1, 1959 by decree following the Cuban Revolution & the advent of Fidel Castro.

Moderately soiled & spotted, couple of dings, lower corner with shallow diagonal crease, otherwise Very Good.

Very sexy bondage & LGBTQ themes presenting a pair of gorgeous blonde girls: Erika in a leather bustier & heels, apparently sans panties, Cheryl in thigh high boots. We were unable to find any reference for them but we assume they had a burlesque, striptease act.

Edge wear, soiling, corner creases, couple of scuffs, tape residue on the verso, good or so & still quire appealing.
The montage presents three sexy views of the model: in bikini, cocktail dress & warrior costume.

Edge wear, rubbing & creasing, otherwise good or better.This issue features an endorsement for Rev. Troy Perry, founder of the Metropolitan Community Church, who was apparently contemplating a run for Lieutenant Governor.
