Spine creased but solid; tear at top of front cover (and first two pages); tape residue and color lifted at top of front cover; heavy crease bottom corner front cover. Minor rubbing, edge wear, soiling. Interior looks great with just a bit of tanning.

Chronicle, 1998. Hardcover. NF/NF. A flashy little cocktail book with great graphics and retro art. NF in NF DJ.

Dan Vado, n.d.. Paperback. VG+. Edition, date unknown. This is a 96 page spiral-bound collection of recipes for "Tiki cuisine from Polynesian restaurants of yore". It has a small amount of shelf wear and some corners are bumped, but the covers are still glossy and the inside is clean.

The Liberated Cook Press, 1981. Paperback. VG. Beatrice Ojakangas is an award-winning Minnesota cookbook author. This book contains the best of three years' worth of columns for the Duluth News-Tribune. This book has a metal coil binding. The covers have light soiling and edge wear, creased corners in back and a crease up the back cover along the spine. The author signed it on the title page, and the rest of the interior is clean.

John Day, 1976. Hardcover. VG/VG-. Book bound in blue cloth with minor wear to top and base of spine; a couple of smudges to edge of text block; a smudge on ffep where a sticker may have been removed? Text is clean.  DJ has significant wear at the edges and some chipping, also rubbing which has removed color in spots.

Meredith Press, 1967. Hardcover. VG. 160 page oversized hardcover on barbecued meats and all the dishes to have with them. VG copy. Some rubbing, bumped corners. Clean interior.

Golden Press, 1970. Hardcover. VG. Helen Federico. A Special Collection of Penny-Wise Recipes. Small (approximately 5x6") hardcover, 28 pages. White cover has some rubbing, discoloration, and a stain at the spine. Interior has a couple of small spots but is otherwise very clean. The artwork is great.

Herter's, 1969. Paperback. Good. 20th edition of this amazing book. Part cookbook, part history book, part...? I would love to see an annotated copy of this where someone has gone through and fact-checked the whole thing. It is a fun and fantastic read, at the very least. This is a copy in an odd condition. It's the softcover bound in gold covers with some wear to the edges, but someone has drilled four holes through the book. My best guess is that they were drilling holes in something else on top of it, but I really have no idea. It is still a very readable copy. The interior is very clean, just...holey. What appear to be smudges on the exterior I believe to actually be rubbing that took off the "gold" layer of the cover.  See the photos. It's one heck of a book.

Constable, 2013. Hardcover. VG. British Military Grub Since 1707 VG copy in decorated boards. Corners are bumped, some are worn. Interior is clean.

Publications International, 2006. Hardcover. VG+. VG+ copy. Like new, but slight damage at the base of the spine.

Publications International, 1989. Hardcover. VG. VG copy, with spiral binding under hardcover. 96 pages. Some shelfwear, rubbing. Thin back board shows a crease where the corner was partially bent. Slight tanning inside.

Quixote Press, 2000. Other. Fine. Laminated covers with plastic comb binding, appears new.

Hastings House, 1976. Hardcover. Good/Good. Laura Geringer. Ex-library copy with some water warping on the inside. A nice book with good historical content, but in mediocre condition.

Parragon, 2012. Hardcover. VG/VG-. VG copy in VG- dustjacket. DJ has light wear around the edges except top corners, where 1 cm splits were repaired with clear tape.  Book in illustrated boards (looks just like the DJ) has minor edge wear.  Gift inscription on the title page. Interior otherwise clean.

Avery Publishing, 1993. Paperback. VG. Recipes for health and healing - unlocking the power of fruits, vegetables, pulp and juices. VG copy. Minor edge wear and bumped corners; crease on cover at spine. Interior is clean.

Morning Sun Press, 1992. Paperback. VG. Revised from the 1978 edition. The history of solar cooking, building solar cookers and how to use them. Lots of recipes. Bumped corners: edge wear; heavy reading crease on the front cover. Name written on the first page, other annotations amid the recipes. 

G&R Publishing, 1996. Paperback. NF. Jean Simonson Giese. No edition listed. 8 1/2 x 7", 192 pages including a section of Scandinavian recipes. Near fine copy.

Barron's/Quarto, 1987. Hardcover. VG/VG. Nutritional information included for each recipe, great photos. NF book in VG DJ. DJ has some rubbing and bumped edges; deep scratch on the back.
