Edward "Ted" Cornell (b. 1944) lives and works at the Art Farm / Crooked Brook Studio in Essex County in the Adirondacks. His varied work ranges from traditional landscapes to monumental sculpture created from found rural objects. He was an early associate of Joseph Papp at the New York Shakespeare Festival and directed its first Pulitzer Prize winner, the 1969 play No Place to Be Somebody.
