Like new condition rare 1982 vintage Christian pamphlet published by Radio Bible Class that is in like new condition. Author was Richard W. DeHaan. There are 4 chapters. Chapter 1 speaks on The Meaning of Baptism. Chapter 2 concerns Baptism and Salvation. Chapter 3 is titled Significance of the Lord's Supper. Chapter 4 deals with The Observance of the Lord's Supper.No writing or marks. Clean inside and out.

Rare 1901 Brethren Hymnal with all pages intact, although first 2 pages are oversized and starting to pull away. 510 total pages. Clean and otherwise in good condition for age. Many rare hymns and songs, but also many that the Church of the Brethren still have in their hymnal today! Please see scans.

Very Rare First edition 1928 hardcover by a New Zealand authoress, Jean Devanny. She was a pioneer writer and the author of "The Butcher Shop". The spine of the jacket states this book is "a powerful study of a woman's personality in a remote New Zealand bush town". The text has no writing and is in good condition with only lightly faded pages. The jacket is worn with a few tears and crinkles plus rubbing, but still colorful. It is adhering to the cloth covered boards and there is foxing to boards. Hinges are intact. Good binding.

The outside cover has some wear and discoloration, but interior of book has clean white pages. Very good binding. There is a foreword and an appendix at front and back with dates and data. Contents include 20 chapters about missionary calling and life in Africa, primarily Angola and Mozambique. Obtained in Africa in the 1980's from a British missionary with same mission that published this book.

Rare first edition softcover published in 1964 by Friendship Press. 224 pages with no writing in book. Includes the Background and Origins of Medical Missions! Very interesting read for anyone involved in the medical field, missions, or both! The author was born in Turkey, in Cesarea, in 1887. He was graduated from Princeton University and Cornell University Medical College and served overseas as a medical missionary for the United Presbyterian Church, U. S.A.Some discoloration and wear to outside softcover wraps. Interior and binding is in very good condition!

Nice vintage hardcover published September 1906 by Dodd, Mead, and Company. Issued without a jacket. Light blue cloth covered boards with white lettering and red trim and Marie Corelli signature on front cover. Marie Corelli's black and white photo as frontispiece. Text is clean with very light tanning. All pages intact. Original owner's name in ink on inside front and back cover boards. No other writing. Front board is beginning to loosen at hinge. Overall, good condition for age.

This is a rare original antique soft cover staple bound antique poetry book by Wallace Bruce copyright 1895. This edition was published by William Blackwood and Sons in 1898. Light discoloration of soft cover at edges and spine. Spine worn and fraying at top and bottom of spine and small tear back cover edge. Text is clean with no writing or marks other than original intent by owner from West Chester, PA 1901 on inside first page. Page 193 has small tear at top of page not intruding into text. There are several other of Wallace Bruce's poems and tributes to his poems after this. Several page edges were never separated and there is a notch at top of one page. These pages are not numbered.
