Huddersfield Nine parts published in Huddersfield between 1940 and 1945. Believed to be a complete set. Original card covers, general signs of use, some wear to spines, some foxing and marks from rusting staples. Still a very sound, useable set. 5 parts have inscriptions from the author and some have the bookplate of Edward Law of Lindley. Very scarce as a set.

Leeds, Richard jackson, 1893, pp. [14], 155, illustrated with 6 etchings and 13 woodcuts. Original cloth skilfully re-backed with original rather soiled and worn backstrip laid down. Contents excellent. Number 98 of only 250 copies printed. Elaborate bookplate of Lewis Hainsworth.

Cambridge, 1868 and 1870, printed for private circulation only, Two volumes, pp. xxiii, 122, [4], 68., errata slip. Ex-libraty copies strongly rebound in cloth, dewey numbers to spine, but no library stamps inside. Volume 1 has a presentation inscription to John Jackson and the Supplement has a bookplate indicating that they are from the library of John Jackson and presented to Warrington Museum Library. Sedgwick's dates of birth and death in pencil on Supplement title page. Good, clean copies.

Halifax, 1898, pp. xvi, 322, folding map, numerous illustrations, list od subscribers. Original cloth. A very detailed work and an exceptionally fresh and clean copy.

A. W. Bennett, 1865, pp. 132. Original cloth gilt. Binding a little rubbed to the back cover, and perhaps skilfully repaired or re-cased, but tight and sound. Some light foxing in places, but the photos are good and sharp. With 16 mounted photographs. Gernsheim 279.

Redcar, Webster, 1869, pp. 154, original blue cloth. Spine a bit rubbed at edges and head and tail, but a clean, sound copy.
