Box-shipped; no bags here. New York: Condé Nast / Alexandra W. Golinkin, 1998. The April, 1998 issue of Allure Magazine. Quarto, photo-illustrated perfect-bound wraps, 196 pp. Near Fine, only due to a small spine-top abrasion and 3/8" slit through the edge of the rear cover and the last page, these being as-received (never-read). Yes, that's picky, but technically it holds this rather scintillating example in Near Fine condition. No labels, of course, and all tipped in or loose-laid cardstock offers remain inside; the scent even lingers, as this example goes to careful storage, of a cosmetics advertiser ad panel. Won't linger forever, but it's made it this far - since 1998. See scans. Cover model is Niki Taylor, wearing duds by Ann Demeulemeester, a Kevin Mancuso…

Lengthy, warm, full-page letter from Ansel Adams - dated January 8, 1964, and on his letterhead - to "I.R." (Irving Robbins, a noted California collector). Also referenced in the letter is another notable California photographer, aerial photographic artist and author William Garnett, about whom Adams says: "He is a GREAT photographer ! New York: Morgan & Lester, Publishers, 1944. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Good, though a very strong good. See description and scans. New York: Morgan & Lester, Publishers, 1944. Stated First Edition of 'Correct Exposure in Photography', by William D. Morgan & Henry M. Lester. Octavo, black and white cloth with black imprinting on front cover and spine, 126 (123 + 3 pp ads). Good; notable soiling, primarily on rear cover (see scans); front free endpaper has original owner's signature; light foxing at endpapers. Contents otherwise rather unexpectedly immaculate and bright; binding quite stout. Faint musty scent may - or may not - have completely dispersed by time of sale. Sage counsel from the two authors, experts in the title topic; illustrated with throughout with black and white photographic examples and a few equipment photographs; tables and charts as well. Useful to this day. L10n

New York: Macmillan Publishing Company, 1985. Hardcover. Very Good. 4to - over 9¾ - 12" tall. Rebecca Blake (photography), Barbara Fox (illustrations). Very Good. See scans and description. New York: Macmillan Publishing Company, 1985. First Edition and First Printing of 'Enticements - How to Look Fabulous in Lingerie', by Bill Tice. Quarto, illustrated jacket, gray cloth boards, silver spine imprinting, Tice's printed signature is blindstamped on front cover. Very Good, though in fact better; original owner's loving and encouraging gift inscription on the ffep takes this example out of near fine grade, but, in fact, I like it. No other salient flaws on book or jacket. Faint floral scent of unknown-to-me origin - possibly as issued - will probably soon dissipate entirely. Artful color photography by Rebecca Blake, equally skilled illustrations by Barbara Fox, and of course Tice's sage, experienced advice throughout. Ships in a new, sturdy, protective box - not a bag.…
