Illustrated white and red soft cover with black titling, a two-page black and white map of Coldstream Estate precedes title page and another black and white map inside back cover, illustrated throughout with black and white photographs, 176 pages. Cover has shelf wear, cover and first several pages stained/darkened around edges and spine, 2.5" split to lower front spine end and first page, lower end of spine cover worn, name in ink on first page, interior is clean and tight.
