FRONT COVER has black embossed Britannia Seated, a depiction of what appears to be a head-on view of sailing ship sails and mast figurehead, and in black embossed lettering Arnold’s School Series, Britannia History Readers, Book II, 1s 6d (this is the price in shillings and pennies). The front cover has two bent corners one with the cloth worn and one with a small tear, some edge wear, some light soil on open side edge.
