Description:
New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1896. 17th Edition . Hardcover. Very Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, green cloth boards with gilt on front and spine. Exterior shows only minor spotting along with edge and corner bumps/wear. Top of spine is starting to fray. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No hinge issues. Dark brown end pages in front and rear are free of any bookplates or library markings. The only handwriting found in the book is on the second end page which has previous owners info and prices, all written in pencil, no other handwriting found in the book.
