Florence, Italy: Officine Grafiche Vallecchi, 1965. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Fine/Near Fine. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. DJ has always been kept in a protective sleeve but the reason it is only marked as near fine is because there is some foxing and spotting present on the rear, in the white area. Jacket only has some very light edge bumps but is otherwise in excellent condition. Bill cloth boards underneath are clean and bright with no issues. Internal binding is good and text pages are tight. No hinge issues, no signatures or bookplates, no library markings. The only evidence of any handwriting found in book is in the upper corner of the front end page where you could just make out where a price was once penciled and then later erased. No other handwriting noted.

Rome: Marini e Compagno, 1842. Hardcover. Good. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcovers, two volume much set of marbled paper covered boards Bound with leather. Both volumes have similar where on the exterior going scuffing and soiling along with cracking to the leather particularly at hinges. Internal binding of the text pages in both books are good but hinges show cracking at boards and front and rear and the rear board of volume 1 is shaky.. Pages show various degrees of toning and foxing is present throughout. These are ex-library copies with bookplates showing they were originally part of the St. Alphonsus church of New Orleans. Both have bookplates in the front along with the label and color stamp on the title pages. Both volumes contain numerous foldout maps and charts, all of which appear to be in good shape. Binding is original. Volume 1 contains 324 pages in volume 2 contains 326 pages.

Napoli (Naples, Italy): Ente Provinciale per il Turismo, 1942. 1st Edition . Hardcover. Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover with dust jacket. DJ is soiled and toned with numerous large chips and tears along edges, top of spine area has the largest piece missing and the spine also has the title name written in pencil on it. Thin paper covered boards also show edge and corner wear as well as chipping on spine. The section of missing dust jacket area on spine matches up with the large section of spine missing on the book itself. Internal binding is good, no hinge issues. Pages or tone due to age and there is some minor spotting and foxing present. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, their handwriting found.

Firenze, Italy: Adriano Salani, 1923. Hardcover. Good+. 12mo - over 6¾ - 7¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, thin pictorial paper boards show some scuffing and toning, edges and corners show bumps/wear/dents. Internal binding is good and text pages are secure. The front pastedown contains a bookmark as well as remnants of the paper label below. No handwriting or signatures, no library markings, no notes, no food splatters etc. Pages are toned due to age and type of paper used but are clean. Text is in Italian.

Torino, Italy: Fratelli Canfari, 1862. Hardcover. Good+. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, original binding of marbled paper boards half bound with leather to spine. Exterior shows quite a bit of wear and patches to the exterior, spine is missing the top section and there's a small chip at the bottom. The internal binding is in much better shape and text pages are tight. No hinge issues other than some pulling at the front board. No signatures or bookplates, no library markings, no handwriting found. Pages are very mildly toned due to age with very little foxing found. Text is in Italian in book appears to be the original first edition showing only the 1862 date on the title page. A very uncommon title, especially one from private hands and not full of library markings.
