Pictorial paper wraps blue cloth on spine. Exterior is toned due to age with numerous foxing and soiling spots, cloth has some minor folds. Internal binding is good in text pages are tight. The inside front wrap contains a bookplate in the opposite end page is stamped "American Institute for Foreign Trade, Phoenix Arizona". No other markings found in the book, no handwriting, no library markings. Pages are darkened due to age and type of paper used. Most of the large color maps have glassine overlays but some do not. It is unknown if they are supposed to or if this was the way the book was made. Book is unpaginated and in Spanish.

These are two books produced as part of the Titulos Publicados series. The first title ofLa Casita de Chocolate is number 7 and La Semilla Prodigiosa is number 14. Neither book shows a clear copyright date except for the two digit reference on the registration number which shows La Casita de Chocolate being 1964 and the second book being 1966. Exteriors show minor scuffing and soiling, both books are staple bound and unpaginated. No authors are listed. No signatures or bookplates present, no handwriting, no signatures, no scribbling, no library markings. Both books have a small sticker residue in the upper left corner. The 1966 book is slightly taller and narrower than the one from 1964. Interior pages of both books are slightly toned due to age but show little wear. Hardcover, thick padded brown cloth boards decorated in gilt with silk flower attached front. Exterior shows some scuffing and wear and rear board has a white mark near the bottom. Exterior page textblock also shows staining along the fore edge, this stain can be seen on some of the pages though only along the extreme edge and well outside of any text areas. Some stains also present on front and rear pastedowns as well as foxing. Some hinge cracks are present at the front board and the rear board is starting at the bottom. Binding of the text pages is good and tight. Pages are darkened due to type of paper used in some spotting and foxing is present. DJ is toned and spotted with numerous chips in small tears along the edges. Light brown cloth boards underneath are clean but they do show some edge and corner bumps/wear. The only other handwriting other than the author's inscription is on the front end page where there is a circled letter written in red pen along the top edge. The end pages and pastedowns do show toning and foxing as does the dust jacket. A rare title and a one-of-a-kind item because of the inscription from one author to another.
