Green cloth boards with gold stamping are worn. Rough cut text block. Text tanned but appears otherwise unmarked. Many b&w illustrations. Frontispiece and another tipped in illustration are missing. Laid in is a flyer introducing the group, and another handbill with a map of Micronesia, captioned "'We have the trust, the United States has the territory.' -Ataji Balos." Opposes development and military use of Micronesian islands; this issue largely devoted to the Micronesian economy.
