Volume a little cocked, with several tiny tears to extremities of volume, as well as an approximately 1", closed tear repaired with clear tape at bottom spine. Light soiling to interior. Minor creasing to covers and some pages, along with some faint spotting to covers. A little spacing at hinges, so volume will require a little care in handling.
